A Father In Dubai Names His Son After India’s Newly Re-elected PM Narendra Modi
After the win of the elections in India, a Muslim family named their child ‘Narendra Modi’, after being inspired by the Prime Minister of India.
The election win has inspired so many people in India and even the Indian residents in Dubai.
Menaj Begum, the mother of the new born decided to name her son after the Prime Minister of India because of his victory, and she believes that her son will grow up to do amazing things just like him. The child was born on May 23, 2019
But it wasn’t so easy, because the son comes from a Muslim family, giving him a non-muslim name was considered wrong, and Menaj’s in-laws and her husband were initially against it. People around her also tried to convince her to not go ahead with the name, but she was very sure of the fact that her son will be named after someone who is doing so well for the country according to The Economic Times of India.
