A Former Dubai Teacher Is Proving She Has The X-Factor

And showing the rest of us life there is life after the sandpit

Kerrie-Anne Phillips, a former Dubai teacher has made a big impact in this years X-Factor talent show.

Kerrie, previously of Dubai's Studio City, had been living in Dubai since 2010. She worked first as a teacher before moving full time into the entertainment industry. Only recently did she decide to take a huge leap of faith and move home to audition for the hugely famous talent show.

The X-Factor - which is run by incredibly influential media mogul Simon Cowell - is in it's twelfth year of production. The Lovin Team was so excited to hear that Simon and the other judges were super impressed with Kerrie's performance which means she will continue on to the boot-camp stage of the competition.

She will next appear on the X Factor over the coming weekend and we would like to wish her a huge good luck!

If you can't catch Kerrie on the UK channel ITV make sure you tune into MBC The Voice - a similar singing talent show - which is starting back for it's third season on MBC TV soon! Will you be watching?
