Majestic is the word that first comes to mind when seeing how the finished product of the new Atlantis hotel.
Photos of its current progression, during development, have been released on Twitter.
And it’s well underway to becoming one of the city’s newest luxury playground!

The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences is set to launch late 2020
The second extension to the empirical-like Atlantis, The Palm will join the rest of Dubai’s five-star hotels, following its completion in late 2020. Local reports say finishing touches are being added way before its opening.

The unique design of Atlantis 2 will have two towers
A hotel tower and a residential tower, both separated from west to east.
An 80m tall arch will connect the two via a connecting bridge.

It will have 43 storeys and 90 SWIMMING pools!
…with an inifinity pool at the rooftop that will be located 96 meters above.
Prices for renting a place at this stunning spot is set to take you back a AED7.65 million price point for an apartment, and a higher rate of AED37.5 million for a penthouse.
