8. Mokha 1450, Al Wasl Road

You can’t just be called the “Heart of Coffee” without some solid testimonies. Rooting itself in the twin origins of coffee; Ethiopia and Yemen, their aim is to formulate a strong link to the forgotten people; the coffee farmer; primarily women.

With a belt of rare brews such as the Ethiopian Geisha, Guatemala Huehuetenango, and the Yemen Sabri, it is a place for the serious coffee connoisseur. Also they have coffee mocktails (!!!)

7. Moto Rauch and Staub, Al Quoz

What happens when you combine your love for bikes and coffee? That’s right, the Moto Rauch and Staub is born. A two storey coffee shop in the front, a small stage for live performances and a bike workshop at the back, this place is the whole package.

With bare brick work and wood finishes, the beautiful flavour of coffee isn’t compromised on either. Also, they recently opened up an old school barber shop there, how extraaa cool is that!

An undoubtedly iconic business, Raw takes coffee making to new levels with their wide variety of flavours and blends. RAW is as extra as coffee gets! While sourcing premium green beans from around the world, it’s clear that care is being given to the beans as well as they all are organically certified.

Our second spot is taken by everyone’s favourite hipster hangout! Concocted by Tom and Serg (also behind The Sum of Us), this joint is known for serving up some of the most healthy, innovative and wholesome coffee and not to mention their super tasty meals including acai bowls, jerk chicken and salads.

They’ve got coffee, they’ve got music, and they’re located in the heart of Dubai’s creative hub. An Instagrammable spot and uh-mazing coffee? Sign us up!
