HH Sheikh Mohammed Will Distribute A Whopping AED33 Million Bonus To Dubai Taxi Plate Owners
In an effort to celebrate the spirit of Year of Zayed and the mark the coming of the holy month of Ramadan, HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai has gone above and beyond to help the taxi plate owners in the UAE.
He has ordered a distribution of a huge cash bonus of AED33 million to the owners of taxi plates in Dubai.
According to Mattar Al Tayer, Director-General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of RTA, this bonus will immensely help enhance the quality of life for the owners of the taxi plates as well as their families.
“This bonus is one of Sheikh Mohammad’s several other generous gestures. It is in line with His Highness’s efforts during the Year of Zayed and marking the close approach of the Holy Month of Ramadan,” said he.
RTA said it will start distribution of the 2017 bonus to the entitled recipients from this week
In the emirate, the Dubai Taxi Corporation and other taxi franchise companies operate the plates.
