Apartments In The World’s Tallest Building Are Getting Cheaper

Property prices are dropping in the UAE, and even the tallest tower in the world is not immune to the real estate decline. 

While the drop is slowing, prices of flats in the Burj Khalifa apartments are in the lead with a 25% decrease in value.

Despite the decrease in price it will still cost you a lot of money in order to find yourself staying in a luxury apartment in the tallest building in the world.

 Currently a one-bedroom unit on one of the Burj’s lower floors is listed at AED2.8 million, while a higher placed two-bedroom apartment is asking for AED5.28 million.

If you really want to go all out there is a penthouse on the market for AED48 million; fully equipped with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a swimming pool, gym and a balcony.
