Driving is probably one of the most talked about things in Dubai. It is hard to make a journey without encountering risky drivers, or even accidents. Although speeding is a huge issue, it isn’t always how fast you drive that causes problems and sometimes driving slowly can be just as much of a danger, if not more. Although the video seems rather OTT, it does have a valid point about how driving under the speed limit in the fast lane can be a hazard on the roads.
