Sheikh Mohammed Thanks His Team On Their The Extraordinary Achievement To Open The Dubai Canal
Laser shows, fireworks, water-borne acrobatics and a lit up Burj Khalifa were all part of Dubai Water Canal’s opening ceremony last night. For those who missed the live broadcast, these pictures should give you an idea of what happened at the event.
The one thing that stood out though was a tweet by His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, vice president and prime minister of the UAE and ruler of Dubai, right after the ceremony.
He thanked everyone involved in the project
