A Dubai-Based Influencer Couple Is Currently Climbing EXTREME Mountains In Nepal For A Very NOBLE Cause
A Dubai-based influencer duo Ghida Arnaout and Rami Rasamny are scaling a different kind of peak for an extremely charitable cause.
The adventurer and travel enthusiast couple is currently using their Instagram platform to raise money for underprivileged children in Lebanon by climbing formidable mountains in Nepal.
While Ghida (@monkyseemonkydo) climbed the Island Peak (6189m) also known as Imja Tse in eastern Nepal
Rami (@ramirasamny) is scaling the Ama Dablam (6812m) in eastern Nepal
The couple has dedicated their climbs to support and raise awareness for a children based charity called BZ Kids
The mission of their adventure is to raise $13,624 (AED50,043) for 150 underprivileged children in Lebanon
The reason behind their climbs
According to Ghida, “the foundation started when the founder, Azadei Eslamy, found out that many of her students at the school she was teaching at were under-performing because they were hungry and malnourished. The kids came from very poor parts of Lebanon.
So Azy set up a kitchen at the school to feed these kids and hired teachers to help them with their homework.”
