Dubai was listed thanks to its impressive 5-year visa plan

The visa program for those aged 55 and above means anyone can stay in the city, providing they meet a few requirements.

Some of the requirements include; owning properties that are worth at least AED2million or having savings or an active income of AED20,000 month.
