Dubai Police Stepped In To Save The Day By Finding The Lost iPhone Of A Newly-Wed Couple In 20 Minutes

We don’t deserve our police, to be honest. If you’ve lived in Dubai for quite sometime now, you’d know what we are saying.

Simply put, Dubai Police are an amazing force, diligent, they keep us and our city safe and never hesitate to go out of their ways to keep people comfortable and secure around.

We got to witness something similar when a newly-wed Indian couple on their honeymoon in Dubai lost their iPhone hours before boarding their flight back to India.

Enter the Dubai Police who saved the day yet again

In fact had it not been for their timely action, the couple would have surely missed their flight.

Manmeet Singh, a Mumbai-based singer along with wife Amardeep Kaur landed here on April 23 for a two-day trip.

The couple informed Khaleej Times about how he forgot his phone after putting it for charging in the back seat of his taxi.

They realised about the missing phone only after reaching Terminal 1 of DXB, and approached a Dubai Police officer, Ammar Alsaadi, for help.

The office took down all the relevant information about the ride and quickly alerted the RTA. They were able to get in touch with the cab driver, who immediately delivered the phone back to the couple- all in a span of 20 minutes. YES!

If that’s not being efficient, then we don’t know what is!

An elated Manmeet took to Facebook to thank the police for their timely help
