Dubai Safari Is Nearly Finished And We Cannot Contain Our Excitement

Avatar

We’re all looking forward to hakuna-ing our matatas at The Dubai Safari Project and it looks like we’ll be getting our chance very soon! Following inspections of the park from Senior Officials of Dubai Municipality, visitors will be able to see their favourite characters from Pride Rock as it is expected to be completed “within the next few months.” The park will recreate different places and regions all over the world, with a whopping 80 hectares dedicated for the villages.

In the meantime, here’s what we’ve got to look forward to:

  • Entrance Plaza
  • Children Zoo
  • Arabian Safari
  • Asian village
  • African Village
  • Safari Village
  • Al Wadi
  • Service Areas

The park will feature air-conditioned rocks, chilled pools, misting machines and a large theatre that seats 1,000 people. And, visitors can get around the park in solar powered vehicles. How’s that for keeping it eco-friendly?

Animals are currently getting used to their new homes at the park and we are expecting to see lions, bears, monkeys, bats, elephants, cheetahs, tigers and much, much more!
