A Fake Zayn Malik Showed Up At MOE And Gullible Shoppers Surrounded Him For Selfies

Camera, selfies and stunned fans best sum up the scene at Mall of the Emirates.

Fans were pretty sure they spotted the singer, and his bodyguards in tow just confirmed the news of his presence. 

There were selfie requests and people trying to get past the bouncers. Many thought it was the star’s quick visit to the city ahead of his October concert here.

But even the craziest of fans couldn’t spot the individual was a ‘she’ and not ‘he’. Yep, it was Indian make-up artist Alicia Goveas in her convincing Zayn disguise, surrounded by actual wrestlers from the Dubai Pro Wrestling Academy.
