The World’s First Self Driving Vehicles Are Finally Here And This Is Where You Can Catch A Sneak Peek
Just today, Dubai launched the testing of the world’s first Autonomous Pods at the World Government Summit, with two prototypes being put on display at Madinat Jumeirah.
The initiative is part of the framework of Dubai Future Accelerators and has been designed to provide innovative and flexible transportation around the city.

After the RTA released a short demo on their social media platforms, it has been discovered that the pods can go at an average speed of 20km per hour, have a battery life of three hours, and can fit up to ten people at once.
