Yesterday social media in Dubai went into overdrive when the Crown Prince of Dubai HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum released a teaser for a Dubai Fitness Challenge.

The teaser lead us to a website and the challenge is this: For thirty days, between October 20 and November 18, HH Sheikh Hamdan is asking you to be active for thirty minutes daily. 

The aim is to become the world’s most active city.

2. You can do whatever activity you want
