HH Sheikh Mohammed Has Just Approved An Incredible AED7 Billion Plan To Give Homes To Emiratis
An important national plan for health and housing was approved by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
The cabinet meeting approved a national plan to develop medical research centres across the UAE, to bring about a comprehensive development of the UAE’s health economy and an AED7 billion housing plan to meet the needs of Emiratis.
The housing plan will take three years
80% of Emiratis have their own homes, a higher percentage than anywhere else in the world, according to HH Sheikh Mohammed, leader of Dubai. And the new housing structures will take sustainability and green environment as well as healthy and clean atmosphere into account during construction.
“Having your own home ensures families’ tranquillity and living a decent life. The UAE will not stop supporting its citizens and provide a better and happier life for them… Our financial resources will remain harnessed for their service and our human cadres are working for their benefit,”
