Unfortunately Kesha sustained a knee injury during her performance
According to reports, during a performance of her hit ‘We R Who We R’ the singer fell but quickly recovered to continue her performance.
However, it has now been revealed that she did more damage than initially thought and has had to postpone some of her international tour dates as a result.
During the fall she tore her anterior cruciate ligament, ACL, and will require surgery and a lengthy recovery time until she is able to perform again.
