Lindsay Lohan has wished all her fans a very happy New Year….in a video…from what can be assumed as a house party in Dubai.

For the uninitiated, the Mean Girls actress has made Dubai her home, away from the prying eyes of ‘paps’ back in the States, and is leading a very private life here in the Emirate. 

She posted a special video message on her IG page from a party in Dubai

She speaks about Saudi Arabia and the momentum of women empowerment it has recently picked in the video.

“We have new, incredible things that we’re doing with Saudi Arabia and women empowerment and I just want to thank all the supporters that have been there for me in my whole life. God bless everyone.”

“This year is gonna be an amazing year for me,” said she.
