Dubai Is Getting Yet Another New Mall And It’s Going To Be Super Fancy

Emaar Properties has just announced and confirmed the building of a new mall that is promised to be open by late 2019.

Set to be located in one of the most populated areas in Dubai, the new mall will be located in Dubai Hills Estate at an intersection of Umm Suqeim and Al Khail – making it accessible to those coming from Downtown, Emirates Hills, Dubai Marina, and Arabian Ranches.

In accordance to Emaar, the mall is expected to host 750 outlets, residential and office spaces, leisure facilities, a 65,000sqft hypermarket as well as a golf course.

We’re kinda excited for the Dubai Hills Mall

Despite all the plans they already have for the mall, Emaar has also promised the addition of a 20-screen cinema, an outdoor concert area and a link to the Dubai Metro sometime soon!
