Dubai rent has seen a decrease this past year, especially on luxury units. This has increased demand for smaller units such as studios and 1-bed room apartments.

Rent is said to stabilise by the end of 2017. 28,000 new units are scheduled for completion by the end of the year. This may mean rent will start going back up by beginning of 2018.
