So it’s brilliant to see HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of and Prime Minister of the UAE and leader of Dubai continuing the tradition; he sent a congratulatory cable to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, on her 92nd birthday.
