HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai touched down in Saudi on Saturday and Twitter has been going nuts ever since.
The ruler of Dubai is in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to attend the 29th Arab Summit, but his visit to Dhahran Mall has grabbed headlines, after eagle-eye shoppers spotted HH Sheikh Mohammed and other dignitaries on the first day of his trip.
