The Boys Of Yoga Are Hosting Classes In Dubai This Weekend
Move over gals, it’s time to make way for some seriously bendy boys. Dispelling the myth that yoga is predominantly for ladies, the Boys of Yoga are taking Dubai by storm. This weekend, Urban Yoga is holding classes hosted by the boys from May 4 to 6 which is open to both men and women of all levels. The Boys of Yoga project was founded by London-based yogi Michael James Wong, it has since become a global phenomenon. The schedule for the weekend includes a yoga jam session on Thursday from 7pm to 9pm; “dogs and frogs” power vinyasa and yin to yang workshop from 11am to 1.30pm on Friday; inversions and arm balances workshop from 2.30pm to 5pm on Friday; and a yin/restorative masterclass on Saturday from 2pm to 4pm.
Attendees can sign up to attend the full weekend for AED 1,150 or individual sessions for AED 315.
