The Economist Shared A Photo On Instagram Of Iftar In Dubai And It’s Not What You Would Expect

The Economist, a global business publication, who describe their Instagram account as ‘A trusted filter on world affairs, sharing images from a global perspective’, this week shared a photo of Iftar being celebrated in Dubai. 

While Dubai has some of the most luxurious Iftar tents in the world, there is also many more humble settings, as we experienced this evening. This photo won’t be what many of The Economists IG followers expect from Dubai. We are always trying to show the world the many sides of Dubai that we know and love, so we are just glad that The Economist has done the same on this occasion. 

No doubt their magazine edition next week will an entirely different subtext about the Gulf region!
