There’s A New AED5 Billion Tower In DIFC Set To Be Complete In Just Four Years

A AED5 billion tower complex is set to be completed near DIFC in the next four years. The Emirates Towers Business Park was launched yesterday by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice- President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. 

The new space intends to offer well-appointed offices for international companies looking to move regional headquarters to the city. 

The Emirates Towers Business Park will be completed in the next four years 

The complex will offer luxurious commercial spaces for international companies looking to expand to the UAE (and any local ones). 

For easier access, two footbridges will be added to Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

The park will also include…

Three five-star luxury hotels managed by Jumeirah Group and two other leading international hospitality companies, retail spaces for international brands, restaurant and cafe chains. 

And just when you thought that was enough, it will also have a focal area specifically for events, and of course, the parking areas and facilities that come along with businesses and companies.
