The UAE’s Message On International Youth Day Is The Nicest Thing You’ll Watch Today
It’s International Youth Day today.
It’s an awareness day that started in 2000 to draw attention to a given set of cultural issues surrounding youth.
Today, Dubai Media Office released a video made by the Emirates Youth Council to mark the occasion. The three-minute clip has young Emirati men and women expressing their values and its importance to the youth of today.

The key message is…
“In a rapidly changing world with increasing risks and challenges, we, as Emirati youth, are committed to embodying our country’s values of both tolerance and peace.”
The highlight of the video is that the message has been shared in more than five languages…
It includes powerful statements such as: “We youth are responsible for our own actions. We hope our actions have a strong/lasting effect on the world” among other ones.
