A Woman In Dubai Lent Her Boyfriend AED5 Million But He Deceived Her By Marrying Her Friend Instead

A woman living in the UAE recently underwent the worst kind of betrayal when the man she was in love with took AED 5 million from her and then proceeded to marry her friend instead, Emarat Al Youm reported.
The expertise and disputes settlement department in Dubai at the court of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai heard the case of this woman and ordered the man in question to pay back AED4.5 million.
The incident came to light when the woman- an employee at a Dubai-based multinational company – reported her colleague saying that she gave him the money in installments over a period of two years.
She told the authorities she didn’t mind giving him the money as she was in love with him and wanted to improve his financial situation before she married him.
When she returned to the UAE after taking a short leave, she was SHOCKED to receive an invitation to his wedding with another woman working in the same company.
To make matters worse, the couple then moved into an AED2.5 million apartment that the woman had paid for.
