A market research firm YouGov ranked homegrown and global brands in a healthy brand index, and Emirates has been named as the leading brand in the region.

Up against international heavies like Apple, Google and WhatsApp, the Dubai based airline beat out the competition to be labelled as the ‘healthiest brand’ in the UAE.

Google was announced as the healthiest brand globally.
