Emirates brought together two prominent females in aviation to highlight the role of women in the industry.
Shaesta Waiz, who is attempting to become the youngest woman in history to fly solo around the world stopped in DXB recently and Emirates invited her to take part in a flight simulation.
Bakhita Al Muheiri, one of Emirates youngest female Emirati pilots hosted Wais for a Boeing 777 simulator challenge.

Wais is the founder and pilot of Dreams Soar, Inc. which aims to inspire young women to become part of generation STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) through her global mission.
She is currently on a round the world trip in a single-engine plane, where she will stop off at 18 countries across five continents and 47,000 kilometres.
