The Black Lion Takeover at Reform Social and Grill (25 October, 7pm)
For one night only, the executive chef from The Black Lion (The H Hotel) will be bringing signature American dishes to sister English pub, the Reform Social and Grill (The Lakes). If you want to attend, it will set you back AED 395 (includes a glass of grape with each course) and you'll need to make a reservation pronto.
Corona SunSets Music Festival at Barasti Beach Bar (26 to 28 November)
Starting at sunset (5.30pm) until late, Barasti is transforming into the Corona Sunsets Music Festival for three nights of fun, dancing and Mexican food. There's a secret pop-up restaurant doing a treasure hunt across Dubai
Not heard of By Parkers "Golden Key"? That's because it's very secretive. The brains behind the brilliant SALT burger truck have a brand new concept and have set up a pop-up restaurant in Dubai. Red Bull Flugtag is back (27 November, Dubai Creek Park)
Red Bull gives you wings... well, if you're willing to build your own that is. Head to the Red Bull Flugtag to watch brave competitors attempt to jump off a 30-foot high fight deck, in the hope that their homemade flying contraptions will take off. If they're successful, entrants will soar into the skies above. More likely, though, they'll plummet into the water below. Check out their site for more details.
