Study Reveals Lebanon Is The Healthiest Country In The Arab Region But The UAE Didn’t Place So High
The results of the Bloomberg 2017 Healthiest Country Index are in and it’s not looking good for the UAE.
The global study of 132 countries by Bloomberg revealed Lebanon is the healthiest country in the Arab region ranking 32 overall.
The UAE ranked 42 overall, the fourth healthiest Arab country
The study which takes into account aspects such as life expectancy, causes of death, health risks, tobacco use and the availability of clean water ranked UAE 42nd overall, after Lebanon (32) Oatar (36) and Bahrain (40).
Italy was judged as the healthiest country overall while the United States ranked at number 34 and United Kingdom ranked at 23.
