Check Out These Ridiculous Scenes At DXBeach Party Last Night

Avatar

DXBeach Party kicked off yesterday and it was an absolute stormer! The beach fest, the second of its kind, hosted the likes of Clean Bandit, Idris Elba (taking a break from Star Trek filming) and Klingande on a small beach strip right next to Zero Gravity.

What an unreal day / night we had, the whole thing lasted 15 hours so if you still had legs for dancing at Mark Pickup at 2.00 am we salute you!

With Sandance well and truly gonzo, there was definitely a gap in the market for this type of festival and after it’s second edition DXBeach has firmly found it’s feet.

It’s not a huge venue and it wasn’t wedged with people; these are good things (we still remember Sandance Fear…where if you lost your friends it was very possible you would NEVER find them again). The bar was never too busy, there were plenty of tasty grub options and people either partied at the main stage or chilled with shisha on the grass nearby. There was no real order to anything but in true Dubai style it just worked.

Will it replace Sandance? No, and we’re okay with that. The price tag isn’t as hefty and the general vibe of the place is just way more chilled….When’s the next one?!

Check out below for some of our favourite pictures, videos and tweets of the night.

It all started off so calm…
