Not All Heroes Wear Capes: Twitter Is Full Of Support For Dubai Delivery Drivers
Its getting hotter and HOTTER and whilst most of Dubai are sitting inside, there are the unsung heroes that work outdoor daily in this heat.
Temperatures in the UAE are sky rocketing to 48 degrees celsius in some parts and bearing the brunt of this heat are usually the drivers. They travel around in bikes under the SCORCHING sun to ensure that the food is delivered in a timely manner before we lose it and become mindlessly HANGRY.
Dubians have ever so kindly taken it to Twitter to give a huge shoutout to the delivery drivers and have also alerted people to refrain from ordering during peak hot hours.

A number of people had responded in support of this mindful tweet
A little kindness goes a long way
Do tip the delivery boys
Twitter user @FaisalHashmi had gone further to suggest residents ordering food between 12-4pm to at least generously tip the delivery boys if not anything and we could not agree more.
Gestures like this never go un-noticed. We see you girl
With people like this there is still hope left for this world
In a time where everyone is sweating buckets and going through their AFRO phases… courtesy of the humidity it’s important to remember to be kind to the people that are trying to make your lives just slightly more comfortable.
BE kind this summer folks!
