A Dubai Resident Tweeted A Big Request At The RTA And They Responded Within Minutes
The number of people getting into fitness in the UAE is increasing by the day and so is their need of sensible and accessible running tracks. Thus, runners are now voicing their need of a running track to emerge in the Al Hudhaiba area.
Omar Al Busaidy is a Dubai based author and who released his book Just Read It in 2015 and is about to release a second.
In one of Omar Al Busaidy’s many interactive tweets he recently addressed the RTA requesting for a running track to be developed at Al Hudhaiba in Dubai alongside attached pictures of the area showing people jogging around and exercising.

RTA being RTA and one of the bests in customer service replied to the tweet and registered the suggestion promptly.
They also went on to provide Omar with the reference number of the request so that he could check up on the progress whenever he finds apt.
