Following a small observation on the Dubai/Sharjah road, a Twitter user has come to an important realisation.
User @ibrahim spotted the eye-catching speed limit markers and he compared them to red carpets. Yano, the type of red carpets that only get rolled out when VERY important people are in attendance…
And he connected the dots.
