We’re a region of sweet tooths, so it’s hardly a surprise Michelin-starred chef Thomas Keller, the chef behind the delectable Bouchon Bakeries in the US has chosen the Middle East as his first spot for expansion.
The famous chef has seven Michelin stars to his name (spread across three of his restaurants)
He has eyes on Dubai, Kuwait and Qatar as locations for Bouchon Bakeries’ first expansion outside of the US
He is partnering with MH Alshaya Co here in the Middle East to expand the brand
Visitors can expect a classic French style boulangerie
And pastries that are basically perfection
Simple and elegant desserts are a trademark of the brand
And the breakfast menu is one to rival the greats

The Bouchon Bakery is expected to open in Dubai later in the year, location TBC
