Kris Fade Declined $10,000 To Start A Fight At This Famous YouTuber’s Las Vegas Wedding

Jake Paul is one of the world’s biggest YouTubers right now and his quickie Vegas wedding to 21-year-old Tana Mongeau was the most talked-about marriage this summer IF you go by YouTube views.

The ceremony took place in Graffiti Mansion, and anyone who’s anyone in YouTube world was there, including Jake Paul’s brother Logan. The event which was even streamed online (at AED183 a pop per-viewer) was certainly not without drama… From a probably inebriated pastor (a friend took to the role) to the fight that broke out, Virgin Radio’s Kris Fade was at the event and this morning he revealed more inside-info about the YouTube wedding.

News of the wedding blew up when word spread that a fight kicked off in THE MIDDLE of the ceremony

But all is not as it seems, and it turns out the fight, like the wedding itself… was all a fake!

This morning on the Kris Fade Show, Kris revealed that he had in fact been offered AED36,730  ($10,000!) to start the fight. He declined the offer but it looks like someone else took the pay-cheque, and the paid-for fight helped garner global media attention. Kris Fade also confirmed the wedding was fake, a detail which the bride herself later confirmed via a YouTube video,  “get ready with me on my Wedding day (the truth about everything)”.

YouTuber Chris Clemens WAS at the event and you can just about see the (now we know it’s fake) fight here at 8.05…

Tana revealed this week she thinks legally binding weddings ‘take away the love’

“I wanted to not do it legally — but any wedding I have … if I had three more weddings I wouldn’t want to do it on paper because I think legally binding yourself to someone takes away the love. Like it’s unnecessary.”
