It has also been the dream home location for many people, having a Palm address is deemed as one of the most exclusive in Dubai – Again, read THE WORLD, yes this city is that important 🙂

With all that luxury and class, it can also be seen as a quieter part of town. Somewhere you would recommend people to go on holiday if they wanted a relaxing time, or for a young family to move for peaceful surroundings.

Also, since Sandance type parties have stopped and venues like The Supper Club have shut, and with beach clubs like Zero Gravity hosting epic parties, the Palm has become less of a place to go for a party.
