While most of us were in bed at 7am yesterday, many residents were making their way to Al Mamzar Corniche for The Unity Run.
Just to give you a brief idea of what happened there…around 2,000 participants (young and old) took part in the 3km walk and 7km run to raiseĀ funds for Al Noor Training Centre for Persons with Disabilities, which was also celebrating its 35th anniversary, and to raise awareness for people with special needs.
