Just a few short hours ago, the Philadelphia Eagles were crowned Super Bowl 2018 champs after a 41-33 victory over the New England Patriots.
Many Dubai residents stayed up to watch; a couple of sports bars hosted while some residents just woke up verrrrrrrry early and streamed it from home.

Justin Timberlake hit the stage for the half time show
With millions tuning all over the globe, all eyes were on JT.
Opinion is divided, but for anyone who grew up listening to JT, we reckon he smashed it.
He covered old hits, some new tunes, and added a Prince tribute for good measure.

And there you have it, the first meme of 2018 was born
He got a selfie
And went straight back to his phone
And the memes have been rolling in ever since
The internet is having waayyyyy too much fun
Hard to say if the first meme of 2018 will dethrone Salt Bae
