Yes!! This Place Really Is In The UAE And The Secret Is Getting Out

Rich

Every now and then, the combination of the natural surroundings in the UAE, exquisite design and architecture, Arabian hospitality combine to perfect effect.

Jumeirah Al Wathba Resort & Spa is one such place.
I was looking for somewhere to have a weekend away, without getting on a plane and a place to switch off. Thus, why I was attracted by one of Jumeirah groups latest hotel’s, not too far from Abu Dhabi, which opened earlier this year, so I decided to take a closer look.

Even though Jumeirah Al Wathba Resort & Spa only opened this year, word travels fast

While we were there, Jude Law was on vacation and sat down in the booth beside us for dinner. During the F1 weekend, Manchester Cities were potted there and they won’t be the last.
It’s about 30 minutes from the Abu Dhabi airport and is definitely a destination of choice.
Once you get there, here is how to make the most out of the experience:

It will take some time to get your senses as to adjust to the direction of where everything is

The resort is like a miniature village, but that’s part of the fun, walking along little streets with everything so close by.

Jumeirah’s own spa brand, Talise, is arguably the best in the biz

As it offers the best of services, treatments and facilities.

This one like all, has a jacuzzi, steam room, snow room, ice bucket, seasonal shower and sauna, that can be used before your treatment, pick one of their many massage options or a traditional Hamman, and wind down at a relaxation room afterwards.

The focal point for food is the Bait Al Hannie restaurant, which serves high-quality buffet-style breakfast and al la carte lunch

Yaaaamm! Staying hangry ain’t an option at this resort.

For dinner, you can choose between Terra Secca – a desert-style Italian resto or Al Mabeet, a tradition Emirati style open-air setting with live performances

The natural surroundings are utilized in all the activities that they provide

Such as the outdoors Falcon experience (there is a special falcon room at the hotel), yoga, horse riding, archery, desert bike riding, quad biking to bakoor making.
