The Saturday Brunch option? Head on down to the The Grand Hyatt, 7th-24th October

This will be the hotel’s 9th annual edition of Oktoberfest and they’ve really gone all out. It will run Tuesday – Saturday with free admission and an extensive à la carte menu will be offered.

They’ll also have a Saturday brunch from 12.30- 5pm. It will be AED 199 inclusive of all soft drinks and AED 269 if you want the beer and house wines!

Get involved in a sausage eating competition at Hofbrauhaus in the JW Marriot, 2nd- 13th October

This traditional Bavarian restaurant will be offering a full-on feast accompanied by a live band.

Saturday- Wednesday, from 6pm to 2am an al a carte menu will be offered whilst on Thursday and Friday there’ll be at Deutsche Buffet. Prices start at AED 250pp.

Oompah at Barasti, 1st- 11th October

An Oktoberfest Wunderland apparently! We can only really guess at what oompah actually means but apparently if that’s what you’re into, then Oktoberfest at Barasti is for you.

And the best news? Entry is free.

Say “Prost!” at the Sheraton Jumeirah Beach, 21st-31st October

From Wednesday to Saturday, 7pm to 12 midnight and offering a Friday and Saturday Brunch from 12.30- 3.30pm.
