Everyone in Dubai is keen to get a glimpse of Ruler of Dubai, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and some beachgoers were lucky enough to do so on Tuesday. 

The Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE was snapped taking a dip in the waters off the Jumeirah Beach, which was shared to Instagram.
