Flexible Working Hours Will Soon Be An Option For Dubai Government Workers
The Dubai Government Human Resources Department is introducing flexible working hours for all gov departments starting Sunday, August 16.
The move is aimed to enhance productivity and happiness, while also helping to reduce traffic congestion, reduce leave days and enhance employee well-being. Employees can now arrive anytime between 6.30am and 8.30am, provided they complete their designated hours.
The only ‘flexible working hours’ exceptions are for those who work on shift basis or those who interact with the public
