Hazza Al Mansoori Is All Set To Return To Earth From The ISS
After spending a good week aboard the International Space Station (ISS), the first Emirati astronaut Hazza Al Mansoori, along with Russian commander Alexey Ovchinin and American astronaut Nick Hague is coming back to Earth.
The team set off and closed its hatch on Wednesday night and is scheduled to arrive back on Earth at 3pm (UAE time), Thursday.
Zhezgazghan, Kazakhstan is where the team is expected to land, a remote town that’s 700km away from where Hazza took off in Baikonur last week.

The first selfie taken by the Emirati astronaut aboard the ISS
AlMansoori made sure he wouldn’t leave the ISS without taking an iconic selfie, even captioning it ‘a selfie from space’. This may just be the first one ever taken on board, or not.
But it’s still pretty iconic.
