Dubai Hotel Room Rates Are At A 14-Year Low Making It Perfect Timing For A Staycation

It might just be the perfect time for a staycay, after it was announced that Dubai hotel room rates are at a 14-year low.

According to STR – the daily rate dropped to an average of AED424.63 per night.

Occupancy levels rose by 0.9% but the price drops are linked to an increased supply in the market.

STR issued a statement on the matter: “Although growth in demand was significant, performance levels remained low due to pressure from increased supply. The absolute ADR level would be the lowest for any month in the market since August 2004.”

Anyway, works well for residents wanting to book a little getaway!
