New Changes To Ejari Systems Have Just Made It Easier For Renters And Landlords

Dubai Land Department has just announced new services on its Ejari Smart app to help streamline processes.

It’s part of the Smart Dubai vision to reduce customer visits by 80%, making it easier for both renters and landlords to complete processes remotely.

Landlords and renters will be able to renew and register leases and contracts and send them for approval through the app, rather than have to go through an agent or into an office.

This means property not managed by a licenced real estate company, or those whose Ejari has expired can easily renew and register leases.
