This Middle East Brand Has Created An AH-MAYZING Fashion Range And It Was All Done Using Sustainable Materials

Avatar

In a move other brands could take note from, Splash – a Middle East born fashion retailer, is making a huge difference to our planet by creating one pretty fab sustainable fashion line.

It’s a numbers game…

So far the campaign has seen 48% less impact on the climate. This Splash line is using 0% chemical pesticides and there’s been 19% less carbon emission as a result.

The collection for both men and women, will include drop-shoulder tees, torn denims, Mandarin collared-shirts and tonal stripe polos in colours like cold greys, dry pinks, powder blues and washed whites – judging from the few sneaky pics on the brand’s Insta account the clothes are fab; think Boho-chic, perfect summer day threads.

The entire collection is made using environmental friendly organic and recycled cotton, recycled polyester and Tencel – all dyed with environmental friendly inks

The company saved 3.3 million gallons of water; equivalent to the drinking water consumed by Ireland in one day

Imagine if all brands took a step like this one!

“I am happy to see the advances in sustainable fabrics which we have used in our collection. Moving towards a more sustainable future with close to five million pieces to be launched each year we have committed ourselves to environmental sustainability without compromising on style, trend and design”

Raza Beig, CEO Splash and ICONIC & Director, Landmark Group
