Carluccio’s Has Revamped Its Menu And It Looks Epic
Local favourite resto, Carluccio’s has launched a huge new revamped menu that includes a huge host of new dishes and some updated old favourites.
The Italian outlet has been a firm favourite on the dining circuit for a while now but decided it needed more reason to have guests visit!
Dishes have been revamped and added across all the dining styles, and here is the rundown on what you can expect.
Sharing is caring
The new sharing-style concept menu is bringing in that friendly atmosphere. Cover the table in divine dishes including foccacia, antipasti boards, roasted pumpkin served with fresh burrata, and wild mushroom arancini.
The best part is, you can have a bit of everything!
Oh and if you’re a fan of carbs (aren’t we all)
There’s a huge 21 additional pizza and pasta dishes to try out – from gnocchi pomodoro, pulled lamb pizza, a refreshed version of the chicken and mushroom pappardelle and traditional stromboli.
Drool.
For a little taste of homemade goodness
You can indulge in Italian seafood stew or a chicken cacciatora and sides like braised Italian beans or a smoky beef pancetta.
And if that’s not enough, there’s a brilliant dessert selection
Nutella cheesecake – need we say more? YUM
There’s an espresso tart to sample or an amazing chocolate brownie with berry coulis and homemade caramel popcorn
