Chalco’s is a new Mexican joint in JLT, Cluster D, and people are seriously loving it. 

It opened at the beginning of January, and already talk of the town. 

Americans are over the moon with the new establishment, raving about the authenticity – likely due to owner Edgar Jimenez’s passion for it. 

They serve burritos, tacos, quesadillas and salad bowls

It just went live on Deliveroo, but got so busy, they had to stop taking orders. 

The food is pretty epic, but the menu is one simple page of dishes.
